CFG's first fighter to compete on an international stage.
Lucknow · Est. 2019 · Combat Fitness Garage
A garage-built gym for people who'd rather earn a bruise than skip a session. MMA, boxing and strength - coached by fighters who've actually stood in the ring.
CFG didn't start in a glass-front studio. It started in an actual garage - heavy bags hung from ceiling joists, a mismatched set of dumbbells, and a coach who refused to make it comfortable.
That's still the standard. We kept the name, the concrete floor, and the philosophy: fitness that's tested under pressure, not performed in a mirror. Every class ends the way a round does - when the work is actually done.
Every coach on the mat has competed. They teach what held up when it mattered.
Capped headcounts so your footwork gets fixed, not ignored.
Sparring logs, strength benchmarks, and a visible path from white-flag to ring-ready.
Every plate on this wall was earned by someone who trained here first. A running record, not a highlight reel.
